Lisa Rae Cunningham

With a lifelong passion for dance and yoga and a massage therapy career beginning in 2002, bodywork is my well-traveled path. I provide a direct and therapeutic approach, integrating Eastern and Western techniques and philosophies and a spectrum of pressure from gentle, compassionate touch to strong, precise deep tissue. My work is inspired by an intuitive sense of subtle body energetics, anatomy and artful movement. I hold each of my clients in my highest thoughts and kindest hands.
