I've been studying the healing arts since 1993 with a focus on energy healing and shamanic studies. In 2005, I became an extended student at the Esalen Institute where I learned the art of massage. Today, my massage work is sometimes described as a journey within and bridging the mind, body, spirit connection for deeper and lasting effects. Each massage is unique based upon your needs in the moment. 

The signature of Esalen massage is to address the body as a whole and weaving more detailed work with long flowing strokes and pauses. When needed, I utilize stretches, joint rotations and massage cupping for deeper work and balance that with techniques of breath and sound to move energy. 

People have described my work as more than a massage and that of a true healing. Reports include not only feeling good physically but also feeling of mental clarity for weeks after.
