As an alchemist and visionary at heart, she helps you create a vision for wellness and well being that supports who you are and what you need to nourish yourself in everyday life.

She has extensive certifications in Energy Healing, distance Reiki with William Rand, Craniosacral Therapy, Aromatherapy and Flower essences, and Breathwork which provide the foundation for deep listening. Currently I am adding herbalism to the mix as it has amazing qualities to support and assist in the over health and well being of the body.
