Linda Bardin

Hello !!  My name is Linda Bardin.  I have been a Cosmetologist /Massage Therapist since 1994.  I am from Thackerville, Okla. and Ardmore, Okla.  I have lived in Houston, Texas in 2011.   At that time, I decided to go to school again and study Massage Therapy at Avalon School of Massage so I could be refreshed and have more studying done in order to take the state of Texas Massage Therapy Exam.  I really thought I would be living in the state of Texas for lots longer than what I lived there.  So, that is the reason I wanted to take the state of Texas Massage Therapy exam.  So, I took the exam and passed.  Then, a change of events happened in my life and I decided to move back to Thackerville, Okla.  I then worked in Ardmore, Okla. for myself doing massage therapy and cosmetology again.  Then in 2017, I then moved to Oklahoma City because I became engaged in October of 2016.  I love doing massage therapy because I love people and love knowing I can help them.  

I love going to CEU classes and furthuring my education.  Continuing education is the key to success.  I especially enjoy working with hot stones because those hot stones can do lots of work for the therapist that is working with the stones.  I would love to study more about this modality and other modalities in the massage therapy profession.  I would also love to study the art of teaching.  I love to speak about all that massage therapy can do for a person and help others explore all the different aspects of the profession.  I am still learning also and I don't know if I would EVER learn all there is to know about the profession of massage therapy.
