Hi, I'm Lila (Leela) and have been practicing Medical Massage Therapy for over 16 years. With a background in Sports Medicine, I know uniquely what issues lay under your tissues that may be causing your discomfort. I too am a Weekend Warrior, a Mother of two, a frantic gardener, and avid crafter. All of these activities can come with their own unique aches and pains. What I do for you on and off the table is provide some feedback to you about what your body is experiencing and the restrictions in movement that may result.
