My personal style is on the gentler side. I often find older and more sensitive people benefit well from my personal approach.  I beleive in listening to the body and not forcing change.  My primary modalities include Viseral Manipulation (a gentle, yet precise style of osteopathic treatment targeting the organs) and Tui Na (a form of Chinese massage). 

As a student of Western herbalism I may give recommendations on gentle and safe herbs, and/or use them topically during the treatment. 

I am also offering meditation/energy work sessions for people desiring to work on their own meditative practices and trying to address specific internal disharmonies. I have extensive personal experience and deep apprecaition with this type of work, which I hope can be useful for others.
