I have been a LIcensed Massage Therapist for over 9 years. I have spent most of my career focusing on medical and deep tissue massage for healing from injury or chronic pain. I also incorporate energy work into my sessions. I began studying and training in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release in 2015 and started training to practice Reiki in 2019.
