All of my work is focused on helping you achieve and maintain better life balance by brining body, mind, spirit and emotion back in to better balance. I work to support those working to move beyond chronic illness, life changing events, and/or addiction. I work with adults, children, businesses and communities.

I practice and teach the Healing in America form of energy therapy.
