Lauren O'Neill

 I am a NJ and Pa. licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. I practice within the principles of HAES (Health At Every Size). Believing every body deserves to experience the benefits of massage, I've made it a priority to have accommodations to ensure the comfort of all clients, from a custom table to bolsters that provide support in all positions. I  understand that each client has a life of experiences and approach each session with respect to this along with the skills to provide what each individual needs. With a range of modalities to integrate, you are sure to have a custom experience. If you'd like a full body massage with oils, a fully clothed energy work session, or something in between, there is something for you. And if you aren't sure what you'd like, I am happy to go over all of the options and will customize your session to meet your needs and comfort in a safe, nurturing, judgement free space. My goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies, drop out of their minds for a bit, and bring relaxation through compassion and skills, to their whole being.
