I am Lauren of Rooted and Reaching Wellness, I am an Herbalist and LMT that has a client centered practice.
The relaxation massage is the center of my practice to help folks unwind and relax. Meditation has been a practice of mine for a over 10 years and the meditative space I embody can support the client. I love working with chronic pain to help bring health and balance back into the system with myofascial release, structural integration, craniosacral, cupping, and lymphatic drainage techniques ~ the client's goals and enjoyments guide my work.
I teach movement re-education and massage to help integrate what has been achieved in each session into the daily life of my clients.
