Massage also helps in relieving soreness and improving range of motion. Getting massages can reduce blood pressure, anxiety, help you sleep better. 

At Table and Chair Bodyworkers, you will receive custom massage services, to meet your goals. In almost every session Myofascial Release (MFR) will be incorporated to offer the deepest sense of relaxation (upon approval). Not talked about very often, but targeting your Fascia, not just muscle tissue, is very important for increased positive outcomes on the massage table or in a chair. The Fascia system impacts every other system in the body, so when it is tight/overworked/traumatized, it really is wreaking a certain havoc on your body and will not allow your muscles to relax and lengthen. If you experience massage regularly and have chronic tension or pain, you should feel different after a session utilitzing MFR.
