Hi, I'm Alan Arnett. I've loved massage since entering college as a dance major in 1980, and my 35-year dance career gave me deep insight to the body, and to pain! My work is a multicultural blend of Western and Eastern approaches developed at Cedar Stone School of Massage in Harrisonburg, VA.
