Lara Kaage

My massages are a combination of myofascial release, swedish, and intuitive techniques (from very gentle to deep pressure) in order to assess and release tissues throughout the body, explore muscle attachments and common condition sites. No soreness beyond a bit the next day - as reported by my regular clients. I also practice CST (Craniosacral Therapy), which is incredibly gentle but powerful.
