I draw on 25+ years of endurance sports experience and my therapeutic massage training to help patients reduce or relieve chronic pain and discomfort from work, sports, accidents or life. My unique style mixes Swedish, pin and stretch, Thai stretching, PNF stretching, dynamic cupping and focused deep tissue work for a relaxing and effective massage.
When not working I am enjoying life with my wife and three children, ultra trail running, or planning my next trail run adventure somewhere in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
