I have over 2 years of professional massage therapy experience with extensive education in human anatomy and physiology. I was formerly educated in biomedical engineering and hold a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. One of my main passions in life is strength training which I have been doing for over 14 years and through that I have gained a level of understanding of the human muscular system which very few people posses. My specialty is therapeutic deep tissue massage targeted toward specific areas of concern to help recover from injury or alleviate chronic aches and pains. However I am also quite skilled at the typical relaxing swedish massage style many are familiar with. I incorporate deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy into most of my sessions to optimize results and no two sessions are ever the exact same as they are tailored to your individual needs!
