‘She Massage + Wellness’ and my products, ‘Momano Balms’, are inspired by my passion for health and wellness. Sharing my love for massage, movement, nutrition and life balance energizes me!

I work with each client individually to personally customize sessions to assist in achieving their goals. In addition, we focus on simply taking the time to relax, slow down, and enjoy the little things in life.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my bodywork is a combination of relaxation, therapeutic, Thai inspired stretching, and Ortho-Bionomy modalities. These techniques help me work with your body and muscles rather than against them, offering you an enjoyable yet productive massage session.

In all of my bodywork sessions, I use my Momano Balms, as they are all natural and nourishing for your muscles and tendons with their anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmatic properties.

I am beyond grateful that this line of work has found me, and working with my clients to find their sweet spot of balance in their health, home and wellness journey is truly rewarding.
