Kristen Parke

Kristy Parke is an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner and Authorized Eden Method Teacher. She is also an instructional designer and corporate trainer, with experience in hospitality, retail, and nonprofit healthcare. It was the struggle to balance work, motherhood, and chronic illness that lead her to Eden Energy Medicine. After 15 years of suffering with autoimmune symptoms such as chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, hair loss etc., she was finally guided to an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner. There she found relief from pain and felt hope for a brighter future. After experiencing the healing benefits of Eden Energy Medicine for herself, she was compelled to become a practitioner in order to help others who suffer from pain, anxiety, or illness.  She loves to use her corporate training experience and passion for working with people to introduce the astounding benefits of energy work to people from all walks of life and in all different situations.  A mother of two, Kristy also enjoys using energy medicine techniques that cater to the needs of children and adolescents as they grow and develop. She has a full-time practice in Maryland offering individual sessions and group classes both remote and in person!
