Hello, I am Kristy Scarlett, or as my Husband lovingly calls me, Lady Scarlett.

I Offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic modalities, ie.. Certified Manual Lymph Drainage, Oncology Massage, Gua Sha, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Specialize in Pain Management for Shoulder, Lower Back, and Knee Injuries.

My expertise extends to energy healing practices, including Chakra balancing (group and individual sessions), Advanced Crystal Healing, Meditation Guidance, and Sound Therapy. Also Skilled in Herbal Remedies and Incorporating the Principles of Universal Shamanism, the Science of Well-being, and a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Over the past 15 years, I have maintained a successful private practice, complemented by work in prestigious spas and salons across Colorado, California, and now Texas. I have provided therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including prenatal and postnatal women, individuals dealing with PTSD and anxiety, firefighters, military personnel, and those with various physical and mental health needs.

My commitment to holistic healing extends to extensive studies in diverse shamanic traditions, including Native American Shamanism (under Sandra Ingram), Pachakuti Mesa Shamanism (with Don Oscar Miro-Quesada), and Celtic Shamanism (with Jane Burns). A five-year apprenticeship under a renowned international shaman further deepened my understanding of traditional Nahuatl (Aztec) beliefs and healing techniques, including participation in several Temazcal ceremonies. I continue to attend ceremonies and sweat lodges both domestically and internationally.
