About
Krista is our massage therapist serving the Centennial and greater metro Denver area. She has been certified through Colorado for 11 years and has aspirations of graduating MSU Denver with a B.S. in Integrative Health Care focusing on TCM with the hope to continue at Colorado Chinese Medicine University (formerly Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.) for a Doctorate in DAcCHM/MAcCHM.
Her background includes training in Oncology massage, Manual lymphatic drainage, decompression cupping, CBD massage, prenatal and Phenomenal touch massage lvl 1.
Krista’s favorite areas of concern are working with those who have had whiplash, sports recovery, decompression cupping, and post surgical recovery (at least 6 post op).
She has also volunteered one on one massage time with those who are working through Alzheimer's and Dementia. Krista also understands the struggles of searching for a safe space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community and welcomes everyone on the massage table with no questions or judgements..
