Rest assured that you will relax and find a peaceful place to heal and recover. With advanced notice, Healing Sounds can be used in the form of Tibetan bowls, chimes and voice. These tools are used to attune your body and soul and re-balance any stuck places you may be feeling. This is a place you can relax, rejuvenate and return to harmony.

About Me

I'm a Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner and Craniosacral Therapist.  I've been doing bodywork for 28 years.  I love what I do because in my bodywork sessions, I help people relax so they experience inner peace and healing.  I'm committed to helping others and making a positive difference in the world through the healing arts.

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (Lic# 678-146) in the state of Wisconsin.  I am a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and IAHP (International Association of Healthcare Practitioners).  I have taken many Reiki classes since 1996 and most recently, I am studying Holy Fire Reiki through the International Center for Reiki Training.  I have studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute since 2001.

I had a career in Alpine Ski Racing prior to getting into bodywork.  I was a Fully Certified Ski Instructor with PSIA and coached ski racing in Copper Mountain, Colorado, Mt Hutt, New Zealand and Zermatt, Switzerland.  I ski raced on the Women's Pro Ski Tour and was a WIAA All American in Collegiate Alpine Ski Racing at UNH.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an effective holistic practice that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.  The transferring of Universal Reiki energy by a Reiki  practitioner to a living being activates the client's ability to heal by addressing the underlying energetic imbalances that can allow the development of disease.  Because of Reiki's gentle nature, it can be practiced on clients in any stage of health or condition, with no contraindications.  It encourages the flow of energy through the body, and promotes profound relaxation and assists in healing on all levels.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on approach to evaluate and enhance the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebral spinal fluid that surrounds, protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord.  It is a whole body therapy that releases tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain, relieve dysfunction and improve health and performance.  Sessions are done fully clothed on a massage table.
