Stephanie uses a variety of approaches. In Addition to being a Massage Therapist for 18 years, she is also a Certified Hypnotherapist. She has discovered the power of combining Massage Therapy with Hypnotherapy and Alternative Cognitive Re-education Therapy. Stephanie is able to help clients achieve their goals through Empowerment. We all have the power to heal ourselves and rid ourselves of any habit that no longer serves us. All anyone needs is a desire to change and a facilitator or guide. Stephanie guides clients to access their innate ability to self-heal, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.
