~Communication is everything~

When I look for massage therapist, my 1st concern is if this massage therapist can help me with my issue.  2nd thing is if I can communicate with the massage therapist.  But often time, the 2nd is even more important than the 1st.  However good skill this massage therapist has, if I'm in deep pain because the pressure is too much for me, I don't appreciate the service and I have too many experiences like that.  I'm always striving to improve my massage skill but  I make it priority to have good communication with my clients because I really want to help them and it's not about what I want but what they need and I want to fulfill their need.
