I am an IT professional turned bodyworker; although I enjoy working with technology, I really prefer to use a logical approach to help people find their way out of chronic and acute pain and into comfortable and fluid movement. I help my clients achieve relief from pain and discomfort through specialized bodywork techniques that are tailored for their specific needs. I have a number of modalities in my toolbox, but I find the Zone Technique, Emmett Technique and Bowenwork achieve the longest lasting and most profound results in the shortest amount of time.  I may throw in some massage or craniosacral techniques as needed as well.

I also teach the Emmett Technique for humans, horses and dogs.

If you just need to relax or have lymphatic/swelling issues, Bowen and Emmett also offer a number of wonderful options that feel fabulous and are incredibly relaxing. A number of clients have told me that they have never achieved that degree of relaxation with just a massage.

I have been a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist in Ohio since 2007.  I am certified in the Zone Technique, certified in the Emmett Technique for Humans and horses, Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist, Certified in Myoskeletal technique, Certified in Bowenwork, and have studied Craniosacral, Quantum Touch and a number of other modalities.
