I work with clients that are ready and willing and able to take an active role in their health and lifestyle goals. My sessions are customized to meet each client's health needs. I use an integrative mix of Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Craniosacral therapy and Energywork to give my client the best therapeutic experience. I also add into each session spa-like enhancements that add a therapeutic benefit: hot stones, hot/cold therapy, cupping, paraffin dips and more.
