I specialize in teaching professional mid-life women to align mind-body-Soul to create a fulfilling next chapter ON-Purpose.  I work with other people as well.  

I deeply believe in the value of listening to the messages of our Soul and Source as communicated to us thru our stress, pain, life and health challenges. These are ways we are guided to re-align with our Purpose.  Ultimately, I teach others to listen to their Inner Wisdom thru their bodies to make choices aligned with  their purpose before they have a "problem".

We address your situation holistically.  For those desiring and needing a physical approach we use bodywork supportive of your natural healing abilities, and developing mindfulness and sensory awareness to release non-serving patterns of tension and embody empowering patterns.  Transformational coaching provides a conversational and distance healing approach to relaxation; healing; enhanced self-awareness, -confidence, -appreciation; self inquiry; transformation of old non-serving patterns of thought and being into new empowering functional habits and perspectives; planning and goal setting; support and structure to make and sustain lasting change.
