Located in Roanoke, Virginia I have been practicing as a professional massage therapist since 2011. I received my training from the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC. I am licensed to practice massage in Virginia and North Carolina.
I am passionate about contributing massage therapy to an individual’s wellness and treating individuals with chronic pain to facilitate healing. I use integrative massage and bodywork techniques that have brought relief from stress, tension and injury, while providing a healing presence. I apply skills from my training in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai, Lomi Lomi, Positional Release and Esalen. I incorporate long and short strokes into sessions as well as joint mobilization and stretches.
