I became a massage therapist over nine years ago to help people reduce pain, stress, and improve athletic performance. I have been doing swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, accupressure, and hot stone. Then I looked into a Holistic approach with Applied Kinesiology, which uses muscle testing with the body’s internal responses to find imbalances and underlying health conditions. This has assisted my family, clients and I immensely with digestion, injuries, sleep, and learning challenges. It helps to increase energy, improve the immune system, feel stronger and reach your goals. It is a safe and effective way to get to the root of a problem rather than mask the symptoms. Currently, I have an office in Carlsbad, CA and am doing mobile services, where I come to your residence, event or office. I enjoy assisting people to feel and perform at their best.
