About
I love helping people realize their potential for self-healing. I am a Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice and Sound Therapist. Helping those who have anxiety and/or pain achieve clarity, calm and comfort is my goal. Using gentle, heart-centered touch, the subtle disburbances in the energy centers and biofield can be cleared, thus starting the self-healing process. Healing Touch assists in balancing the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and enhances the body's natural ability to heal. During a session, you remain fully clothed, ususally lie on a massage table in a relaxing setting. The provider gently places hands on or slightly above the body to correct subtle disturbances in the energy centers, meridians and biofield. Sound Therapy is also an excellent way to achieve a deeply relaxed state, calm the nervous system, improve mental clarity and acheive a self-healing state. Tuning Forks are used at the ears to apply sound. The wide range of frequencies create a relaxation affect over the whole body. I often use Healing Touch and Sound Therapy together in a session. These therapies are complimentary to and work in harmony with standard medical care and are not intended to replace seeking medical care from a licensed professional.
