I've been a practicing massage therapist since 2011 and it was only this past August (2016) that I took a 32 hour training in Oncology: Caring for Clients with Cancer where I felt changed as therapist. I felt deeply that oncology massage was my calling. Finding the right therapist is always a bit of a journey and when the health is in a delicate balance then the journey can be especially difficult. I can do relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, and prenatal, but oncology massage is where my heart is leading me.
