Her background began in outpatient physical therapy, which shaped her massage practice into one that focuses on pain relief, recovery, and whole-body wellness.She specializes in intuitive massage, trauma release, relaxation massage, and injury-specific therapy. She also incorporates gently energy-based techniques shuch as reiki, chakra balancing, and raindrop therapy with essential oils - all customized to each clients individual needs and comfort.
