Karie Elaine Bennett

I have been working as a Massage therapist since 1996 when I finished my initial training.  I am Nationally Certified and New Hampshire State licensed.  Throughout the years I have had the pleasure of studying many different types of massage and bodywork modalities, and as a result my sessions have become a unique blend of techniques depending on what my client needs are.  I do not believe every massage should be the same because each person is different and each time my client comes to me I adapt to what they need for that session.  That is what makes what I do so awesome and rewarding.  I love when cleints leave feeling wonderful!  I specialize in deep tissue, restorative therapy with my focus on fascia.  It is always a pleasure to give a nice soul soothing relaxation massage  as well because we all need that in these turbulant times. In a world full of pressure, long days and everyday stress, we all need moments of self care.  Massage is one of those ways we can care for ourselves.
