My style of therapeutic massage is an integration of numerous techniques. I have developed and continue to hone an adept skill of physical analysis determined from the information you share with me to the actual reading of your tissue. Myofascial Release assists in freeing adhesions, allowing me to work deeper within your comfort zone. Trigger Point Therapy not only eliminates muscular trigger points from overuse or postural dysfunctions, but also enables me to trace referral patterns to the origin of problems, often not so obvious. Body Mobilization Techniques incorporate active and passive movement with massage to increase range of motion and lengthen muscle tissue. Deep Muscle/Connective Tissue Massage contributes to the rehabilitation process and helps to release chronic tension. Sports Massage prepares the athlete for events as well as ensures a quicker recovery time. Active Isolated Stretching and PNF are very effective methods to complete the lengthening of the muscles.  Positional Release Techniques helps to relax the tissue tonus in order to work more effectively.  Relaxation Techniques and Swedish Massage are keys to a healthy being. Each session is tailored to your needs. I believe that education, research, and follow up are very important to obtain the best results.
