Kara Holderby

Kara believes health starts from within and uses her intuition to find the right treatments for her clients. Having several options and choices of bodywork and wellness services allows her to find a unique healing balance for whole body healing. Kara integrates all her techniques to find the best method to care for clients and their unique needs.

In 2012, she graduated with a Medical Message degree from Solex Academy in Chicago, IL with modalities of Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports, Lomi Lomi, Thai, and Shiatsu. Education is a huge part of Massage Therapy and staying current; therefore, she also has several certifications that include: Frozen Shoulder Release (NAT), Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Positional Release, Structural Integration, Comfort Touch, Oncology, and Prenatal Massage. She continues to hone and add to her library of knowledge as she continues her practice in the field of massage therapy.

In 2017, Kara graduated with a degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology with a concentration in Holistic Nutrition and Hypnotherapy from Tempe, AZ. As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, the focus is to bring unique whole body balance of health and well-being back through Mind-Body Connection healing with a focus on physical health, balanced eating, and prayer/meditation practices.

Believing in perseverance and determination for positive and lasting changes in life, Kara will help clients find that balance for optimal health.
