Kara Bordeau

Kara Bordeau graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Furthering her interest in fitness, health and well-being, Kara then attended River Valley Community College in Claremont, NH and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy. Upon completion of her Massage Therapy degree, she completed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx). 

Kara obtained her New York State Massage Therapy License and Registration in March 2021. Through her extensive background in fitness, exercise, and sports recovery, Kara brings these adjacent skills to her Massage Therapy Practice. 

Kara's focus is to customize each massage session to the needs of her client while centering on creating a welcoming, relaxing, and therapeutic environment for bodywork.
