All clients, new or previous, must show photo id, proof of full vaccination or proof of a laboratory negative COVID PCR test within 5 days of the appointment date. A mask must be worn at all times. Anyone feeling ill is asked to reschedule for a later date. Body temperature will be collected the day of service.
