Kaarin Lysen, LMT (she/her) provides a wide array of therapeutic massage modalities, including perinatal massage (prenatal massage and postpartum massage), sports massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She is deeply knowledgeable in the sciences behind massage therapy, which she uses to provide professional manual therapy, personalized for your body.
Kaarin earned her massage certificate from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts and was licensed as a massage therapist in 2014. Since then, she has worked with athletes of many stripes, including runners, climbers, and martial artists. She has also provided massage therapy to IT professionals and drivers recovering from vehicle collisions. As of June 2022, she is certified in prenatal massage through Swan Perinatal Services and Family Massage, and is available to work with expecting and new parents.
