Bio: Julie Ward LMT, LE, COE

 

Julie began working in the skincare and bodywork industry about 10 years ago after a major career shift. Her previous focus included: Business Development and Marketing, and Owning and Operating three small business ranging from retail, marketing, training and consulting. As avid reader, she accumulated decades of reading, studying, and exploring mind-body authors and self-care authorities, as well as following make up and lifestyle trends…In other words, a self taught ingredient reader of most make up and skin care products….and always on the look out for a new, perfect shade of pink lipstick!

 

Through a very thoughtful process, Julie decided to make her interest and hobby the focus of a new career field. As a dually licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist, also dually certified in Oncology/Health Challenged Esthetics and Oncology/Medical Massage Therapy. She provides large variety of services to her clients with thoughtful, careful consideration of modality and product selection. Realizing ultimate intention is to be a positive and supportive force in the lives of others, with a focus on quality training, and products in the treatment room.

 

Julie has extensive, well rounded experience working in diverse environments, from Day Spas, Hospital Affiliated Athletic Clubs, to being a full time staff member within the Integrative Medicine Department at Beaumont Hospital, Chiropractic offices and Private Practice. She now brings this advanced level skill set to the treatment room specializing in complex medical occurrences to preventative wellness and outstanding Day Spa style self care.
