My approach to bodywork is holisitc. I see more than the current ache or pain. I help my clients understand some of the underlying causes of discomfort, and how to find more ease. Each session is tailored to the individual and may include a variety of techniques. I teach clients to trust and listen to their bodies. I am also a certified holistic health coach, so some people like having both bodywork and coaching in the same appointment.
