With a background in psychology, and past experience in the medical field, I always strive to help others regain and maintain their well-being to the best of my abilites. I am a trained Licensed Massage therapist with experience in swedish massage, chair massage, triggerpoint therapy, sports massage, myofascial and deep tissue work and so much more. I completed my 650 hour massage training at The Center For Massage and Natural Health in North Carolina, 2024, and accomplished my Bachelors in Psychology from UNCA, 2020. I also maintain certifications in Reiki Energy healing, Sound Frequency therapy, and I continue to grow my knowledge and hone my skills to better meet my clients healing needs. Professionally, my goal is to be able to meet all clients at their walks of life, and create a healing environment that cultivates a personalized treatment plan that is attainable and maintainable for all clients.
