I am currently the only Specialist in Military Veteran Massage for the State of California. As a Veteran of the US Navy, I understand your lifestyle challenges transitioning and or healing from Military trauma. I am a Veteran Administration trained Whole Health & Welness Coach as of 2022.

I am passionate about holistic massage/yoga/meditation for your health & longevity. I currently teach massage therapy & am NAT Level I Trigger Point therapist.  I am also a Holy Fire Reiki practitioner & utilize many Eastern modalities for your customized treatment plan.
