Julian Corwin

Julian Corwin, a graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Electrical Engineering, transitioned from a career as an engineer to exploring fitness and body mechanics due to multiple injuries and chronic pain incurred from a sedentary lifestyle. Dissatisfied with the inadequate solutions provided by conventional medical treatments, including sports medicine and chiropractic care, Julian delved into alternative therapies. His discovery of Active Release Technique (ART) through a skilled manual therapist remarkably healed his chronic pain, steering him towards a new professional path focused on body wellness and pain management.

Leaving his engineering job after six years, Julian pursued a license in Massage Therapy as a gateway to qualify for ART training. His commitment to mastering body therapy expanded to certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Neurokinetic Therapy, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Anatomy in Motion, and Proprioceptive – Deep Tendon Reflex. Julian's practice now integrates various methodologies, allowing him to customize treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient, whether it involves movement-based rehabilitation or targeted muscle treatment, effectively addressing diverse issues from foot pain to muscle tears.
