I believe in healing bodies one touch at a time. Every body deserves to live a pain free healthy life if possible. If you have aches and pains, I am here to help. I can't guarantee a cure, but I can guarantee a step in the right direction. 

I have been practicing Aromatherapy since 92 and slowly adding other modalities along the way. Reiki, Massage, Reflexology, Sacrology are just the main ones.

Every session I give is focused on your individual needs. I'll pull from my many tools in my toolbox to help you in the best way possible. 

I am NOT a "No Pain, No Gain" therapist. I work with your muscles to the extent they will allow me, and will never force anything on you. While most of my work is in silence, I do believe communication is key. On a pain scale system of 0 to 10 with 0 being you feel nothing and 10 being you want to knock my lights out, I'd prefer to stay around a 7 or 8 and as soon as you feel the need to curl your toes or make a fist, that is when I want you to tell me to ease up. My main technique is a very broad deep technique that gets to the deeper tissues without sending you through the roof. Additionally I offer Fertility Massage, Cellulite Massage, Facial Paralysis Massage and Scar Tissue Rlease Therapy.
