Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Joyce and I am a licensed Massage therapist. I studied at Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC and graduated November 2, 2011. I have owned my own business since 2012. I started out doing both my office and working at a Spa for the first three years, then I went out completely on my own starting February 2015.

I believe that massage is a way to help with your problems instead of pumping your body full of chemicals, it's not a luxury. I want massages to be incorporated into every ones life to help keep their mentality and physical body in the greatest shape as much as I can help with. I'm not a doctor, so please don't think that I will replace the one you have now, or that I can fix you in one setting... because that's not the way massage works. It takes time to over come the things that you and life have done to your body already. So come join me and get a well deserved massage today!

Massage therapy, especially on a regular basis, can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, increase circulation and joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, encourage faster healing of injured muscular tissue, and improve posture. Massage is also known to lessen anxiety, promote better sleep, and improve concentration.
