Joseph Kairos

In 2004, Joseph attended massage school at Hawaii Healing Arts College in Kailua, Hawaii, where he learned a great deal about various types of massage work. He has always had an aptitude for the body and an understanding of its mechanics.

Joseph Kairos massage work tends to be deep and insightful into what the individual needs. He believes that slow long movements and the use of a variety of different massage techniques help the muscles to accept a deeper level of body work. He uses his intuition and knowledge, with the requests of each client to offer the best possible outcome of each session.

Joseph has continued his passion for massage by studying myofascial massage, trigger point therapy, medical massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), biodynamic craniosacral therapy, pregnancy massage, reflexology, abdominal massage, and sports massage.

In his spare time Joseph is biking, gardening, reading, hiking, swimming, snowshoeing basically playing outside with family and friends every chance he gets to help keep the balance in life.
