I have been in pain and I know the mental and physical toll it can take on your body.  Massage is what got me out of the pain cycle!  You too can get out of pain!  My work is not 1 specific modality.  I will assess your muscles and use a variety of methods that I think would most benefit your muscles/condition to get you back on the right track.  Assessing the entire body as a whole is crucial in getting the most out of the session.  I'm not a muscle/injury specific therapist, I "study" what is going on in your body with anatomy trains and give you the knowledge and tools so you can become more body conscious and heal in the long term.  The human body is an amazing thing!  It can heal itself with the correct manipulation, knowledge and self care tools.
