My name is John Alford, I started as a massage therapist over ten years ago. I have trained in a veriety of modalities including: Swedish, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage, Sports Massage, and Intigrative Techniques. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Massage is an excellent way to manage stress, and loosen the body. Taking time for perosonl care is one of the most important peices of living a healthy life, and one too often neglected.

Having worked in the medical massage field most of my career I have helped many people go back to living pain and restriction free lives, it takes less time to recover when you take time to heal.

Becoming a perosonal trainer was inspired when it became clear that many chronic pain issues stem from body weaknesses. Being able to give guidance in pursuing a healthy excersise routine has only added to my ability to help people live better lives.

I don't believe we all need to be athletes, or have that toned muscular body. We do need to take a little time each week to give ourselves attention by doing something to use our bodies potential, and treat it with love and respect.
