Joanne Neri

I am a graduate from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and licensed and insured in the state of New York.  I bring to the table a broad range of modalities including Deep Tissue incorporating Myofascial Release, Swedish, Sports Massage, Cupping, Reflexology, Pregnancy and Hot Stone.  I incorporate side-lying when needed into my treatment to achieve a greater release in the neck, shoulder and thoracic region. This particular style is popular during pregnancy, after surgery, as well as anyone suffering from allergies and or asthma.  Additional training includes Reiki 1 in the Usui Tradition.  Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies.  As a therapeutic practitioner with an intuitive touch, I believe that we don’t heal people.  We help people’s bodies remember how to heal themselves.
