Jill works out of Kalamazoo, MI
Jill Winfield B.S. LMT specializes in Myofascial Release (MFR) and Ashiatsu (massage with the practitioners feet) techniques for lasting effective results. She got her Bachelors Degree at Western Michigan University in 2016, Graduated from the Institute for Massage Education in July 2019, and was certified as a Ashiatsu DeepFeet Therapist in May 2021. Jill is currently on the West Michigan Muscle Olympic Weightlifting team based out of Michigan Elite Strength. They currently compete at the local level and are working towards being able to qualify for bigger meets. She is also a US Masters Swimming member. Other sports Jill has trained in/played include Karate, Tai Chi, Colorguard, Soccer, and Quidditch.
Continuing Education includes: MFR for low-back pain, DeepFeet Ashiatsu, Prenatal, Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Techniques: Working with Whiplash, Cancer and the Human Connection: The Value of Oncology Massage.

Mask Policy: Two weeks past 2nd Vaccination or single dose J&J clients can ask to remove masks in session. Proof of vaccination will be requested. Unvaccinated clients will need to remain masked even with state changes to regulations while in session. Jill, although fully vaccinated, has asthma, and has high risk loved ones and will not take a chance on their well being. If you need a referral to another therapist she is happy to do so! Jill will wear a mask in the therapy room, during the session, for the rest of their career even when unvaccinated clients are no longer required to.
