My goal at Unwind and Relax is just as the name implies. Unwind from the hectic day to day life and Relax into your vacation.  So often we start to relax physically, mentally and emotionally just in time to get back to the life we left before our vacation.  Let massage be a great way to allow your mind and body to relax and enjoy that much needed vacation before it comes to an end.  This will allow you to really experience that long awaited vacation from beginning to end.  I have been trained in Swedish massage, Cranio-Sacral therapy, Myofascial release and Acupressure. My goal is to listen to your body's needs and implement the modalities necessary to accomplish the intentions set at the onset of our time together.  Join me for a great Northern Michigan 'woodsy' setting in Empire, MI or in my home in Kalamazoo, MI.
