My name is Jenny. I enjoy helping people find their way back home into their bodies by keeping them feel safe, heard, and protected while giving an effective massage that delivers results! My style is rather fluid and relaxing, even when I do deep tissue. My philosophy is to keep your body in the relaxed state (parasympathetic state) so your muscles will naturally relax on their own which allows me to work out the adhesions and knots more effectively.  I also encourage you to take ownership of your body and feel empowered in all aspects of your life!
